• Disputes between you and the casino or gaming operators
• Compliance with local gambling laws and regulations
• Exclusion from casino facilities or gaming activities
• Tax implications of gambling winnings

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PlayFortuneHotel and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:
